Returns Policy

At Retailia we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

Retailia’s goods come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL").  Please read our policy on returns and your rights under the Australian Law before you make purchases.

Retailia recommends you immediately inspect the goods we delivered to you and ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods and match the goods specified.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Please notify Retailia Team within 24 hours of delivery if the products arrive damaged or the products are not consistent with the order.  It is customer’s responsibility to keep the products secured from further damage.  If customers fail to notify, and to the extent permitted by law, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the products.

 

Change of Mind Refunds

Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Retailia reserves the right to assess the eligibility of goods being returned (including the condition and age of the good) before accepting them as returned. All goods which a customer wants assessed for return must be accompanied by proof of purchase, complete with all the accessories supplied as part of purchase.  It may be necessary for the manufacturer of the goods to inspect the goods to assess eligibility for return.

Retailia will endeavour to procure such assessment within a reasonable time.

While goods are being assessed, Retailia will not be deemed to have accepted the goods for return.

Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
