Retailia.com.au uses Australia Post and other local couriers for deliveries.  Delivery charges are added to your shopping cart before you confirm the order.  Delivery charges are based on the distance, weight and size of the packages.  More than one item can be fit into one box.

Please check your delivery address and charges before you confirm the purchase.  We do not deliver outside Australia.  We can only deliver to physical address only and cannot deliver to Post Boxes.  We do not delivery one order to multiple delivery address.  Please order separately to assign a different delivery address.

Once we receive your payment, in-stock products are despatched ASAP.  Normally we dispatch your order within 24 hours of order confirmation.  Depending on your delivery address, the delivery may vary from few hours to 2 weeks.  Metropolitan areas like Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide may be delivered within a couple of days.  

If any product is out of stock we will back order it for you.  We will advise you of likely delivery date of the backordered product.

All deliveries must be signed for.  Please make sure that there is someone at the delivery address with a photo id.  Re-delivery charges may apply if the delivery address is unattended.  

You will receive an email with tracking details when your order is dispatched.
